The U facility will be having some new offerings soon and will be transitioning into a new phase for the remaining of the summer! This week we will come out with a cage rental schedule for any of those who would like to rent cage and hit indoors for the rest of the summer.
We will also be offering a SPECIAL Hero WOD (workout of the day) on the 4th of July to remember the SPECIAL day when United States became its own country!
- This will be free for members and there will be a small drop in fee anyone who is not a member. The Flyer will go out on Monday.
The U’s trainers are currently under a training with a fantastic functional movement program called Functional Patterns. We highly suggest you to check them out. They have done some amazing things with their clients and seem to be way ahead of the game when it comes to correcting postures to help free people from pain and creating efficient rotational movement and power. We are excited about this training and cannot wait to watch it benefit our clients!
The U will have a big announcement soon as the next school year approaches. Our structure and class schedule will change. We will hit the gas on our developmental process of training athletes. We have such great news regarding this subject and we can’t wait to announce it!
For any of you that ordered custom gloves, they will be in this week. We are excited to see how they turned out!! We will be contacting you personally if you are waiting on a glove.
